Today's lunch was yummy! I made a chicken & cheese quesadilla. No finished product photo today, though, it was eaten too quickly! I made some for the little kids with just chicken & cheese in the tortilla. Mine got kicked up a notch. I added some thinly sliced onion and hot sauce while cooking, and a dab of sour cream to finish up. I could have eaten a bunch like this!!! I can only imagine how much more delicious this would have been with green peppers.
